Rachael manages all external marketing efforts for economic and workforce development including initiatives focused on business and talent attraction. She maintains and creates all economic development marketing materials, advertising, and online tools, and is responsible for coordinating and planning marketing events and trade shows, including regional tour events. Rachael manages the Chamber's Talent Attraction Initiative and all associated projects, and she also oversees the planning and production of SBDC events: the Healthcare, Economic, and Manufacturing Outlooks and the SBDC Annual Meeting.
