Certified Sites
A certified site in the state of Missouri requires that the ground be mostly cleared and level and at least 25 acres. Additionally, the site must be intended for business use, have at least a six-inch water main, industrial capacity sanitary sewer, and 3-phase 12 kilovolts electric infrastructure. The Springfield Region currently has two certified sites available.
Partnership Industrial Center West, Site K
The Missouri Department of Economic Development (DED) has certified a development-ready site in Springfield’s Partnership Industrial Center West. Site K, formerly known as Site 12, is a 51-acre site is located in northwest Springfield adjacent to Interstate 44 and the Springfield-Branson National Airport. In February 2010, the site obtained certification from the Missouri Department of Economic Development.

Bolivar Business Park
Approved by the Missouri Department of Economic Development (MoDED), Bolivar Business Park is a development-ready site which is adjacent to Highway 13 in Bolivar Missouri in mid-2017. The 72.7-acre site is located in the city limits of Bolivar zoned for heavy manufacturing and distribution.
