In his role, Thompson will focus on strengthening or possibly restructuring the organizational model for regional excellence and impacts. Additionally, he will work with the economic development staff to stabilize and strengthen the Chamber’s core economic development program of work (project management, lead development, business retention and expansion, site development, etc.).
